Payments
You can easily pay your invoice in the following ways
NOTE: Registration is not completed until payment is received. Payment must be received by November 3, 2026. If payment is not received prior to the start of PD Week, November 17, 2026, it may lead to denial of event entry.
- By EFT/Direct Deposit – Transit # 00576 Branch # 003 Acct # 1019231 Click Here for VOID Cheque
- Once your payment is processed, we ask that you please send us a REMITTANCE as Proof of Payment, including reference to this invoice # to payments@fmi.ca. Failure to send the remittance will result in delays in “closing out the invoice” in the system. All government direct deposits display as “Federal Government” without any other detail. Your remittance email is key!
- By credit card – Should your credit limit be less than your anticipated order, you will need to either split the order into your allowable limit (with tax) or make payment by EFT/Direct Deposit.

Please bookmark this link for future use and ensure you are not connected to VPN when making any edits to your profile.
Why does my password not work?
Please make sure you are disconnected from VPN, using the preferred browser – Chrome, and the email address used for your registration is accurate. If a password reset is needed, please select “First-time login or you need to change your password?” to be able to update your password to continue.
Why did I not receive the password reset email?
To receive the reset email, you must use the email used for your registration. Please also check your spam/junk folder or verify with your IT department of any restrictions that may block the reset email.
Why is my registration or profile not loading?
When higher than normal registration volumes occur, the system may take 30 seconds or more to load your registration(s). Your patience is appreciated. Please also ensure you are disconnected from VPN when accessing your FMI account.
What day am I registered for?
Please login into your profile through this link: https://crm.fmi.ca/login with the email used for your registration.

Can I exchange or split a multiple day pass with others on my team?
Passes cannot be split, exchanged, or shared. All multiple day passes are sold as one (1) single pass and cannot be split, exchanged or transferred individually as the pass is unique to one email address. Including the In-person with On-demand pass – it is one pass and cannot be split.
Why are there other events in my profile?
All FMI events will appear in all profiles to provide an opportunity to register for other events FMI hosts.
Can I cancel my pass for a refund?
The deadline for full refund cancellations is August 31, 2026. After this date, a pass transfer is possible on or before October 30, 2026.
Can I add another day pass to my existing registration?

Session Rooms are located on the 2nd Level of the Rogers Centre.
How do I download my CPD Certificates?
Certificates are available for download through our online event portal Pheedloop from November 23, 2026, to February 26, 2027. Our system will generate a CPD certificate based on in-person attendance and/or online login and check in acceptance for on-demand viewing. Pheedloop login details will be emailed to attendees on November 23, 2026. Please check for the Pheedloop email as it may have gone to spam.
How do I record my attendance at each session?
Your badge’s QR Code must be scanned by the room host(ess) to record your attendance into each session.
Am I able to select the sessions I wish to attend?
There is no selection process for sessions. The sessions available to you correspond to the day you have selected, and attendance in each session is based on a first-come, first-served basis. If the capacity in the session is met, you can move to the next available session. As the In-Person pass now includes On-Demand, you will be able to view and review any sessions you may have missed.
On-demand access
When does On-Demand Access begin?
On-Demand starts the week following PD Week, beginning Monday, November 23, 2026, and will run for 3 months to February 26, 2027.
When do I receive my On-Demand Access?
You will receive login information by email from our event platform Pheedloop on November 23, 2026, to access the sessions recordings. Please look for the Pheedloop email as it may have gone to your spam.
Note that you will only have access to the recordings for the day(s) that you are registered for.
If you have pop ups disabled on your browser you will not see the notification window, nor will you see pop ups on the videos. Please make sure you do not have these disabled. If so, change your settings or try a different browser or device.
How do I confirm my attendance for On-demand viewing of each session?
Once you have logged into the event portal Pheedloop, you will receive a pop-up notification to accept all notifications. You must click yes to these notifications. During each video session an attendance pop-up will appear. You must confirm your attendance at the time of that pop-up. Note that fast-forwarding the videos will stop the pop-ups from appearing. Should you miss this pop-up your CPD credit will not be awarded, and you will be required to view the session once more and accept the pop-up to get the credit.
How do I access the presentation materials?
They will be posted to the Pheedloop platform as they are uploaded after the in-person event ends and when speakers provide their materials. Please check back later if materials are not available at the time you login, as you have until February 26, 2027, to access the portal. NOTE: Not all presenters provide their materials.
How can I download my CPD Certificate?
You will be provided with a link to log into the Pheedloop event platform where you will be able to view and download your CPD Certificate. To download your CPD Certificate, click on the Account Tab on the left-hand menu. From there your profile page is opened. Scroll to the bottom of that page and select the “Request New Certificate” button at the bottom right to download your certificate. Be sure to watch all your available On-Demand content before downloading your certificate.
Why is my password not working?
Please make sure you are disconnected from VPN, using the preferred browser – Chrome, and the email address used for your registration is accurate. You may wish to reset the password with the reset link of the login page.
Why am I not able to play the video?
To play the video, you must have access to the day of that session, and you must be disconnected from VPN. If you continue to be unable to view the video, it is likely a firewall restriction on your system. You will need to reach out to your IT Department or view content from a personal computer.
Why am I not able to view the session(s) I click on?
There may be a few reasons why you are unable. Please be sure you have logged in with the email used for your registration and the on-demand access corresponds to the day(s) for which you have been registered. It could also be a firewall issue within the browser setting should you be using a work device. Try it on a personal device or contact your IT Department for assistance.

How will attendees access their earned CPD information?
Certificates are available through the online event portal Pheedloop from November 23, 2026, until February 26, 2027. Our system will generate CPD Certificates based on in-person attendance and/or online login and check-in acceptance for on-demand viewing.
What are CPD credits used for?
If you are a member of a professional designation (like CPA or CIA), where you are required to take a certain amount of learning and development annually as part of retaining your professional designation, the career professional development hours certification is your proof of the learning hours earned through PD Week.
If not a member of a professional designation, the certificate can simply be used to show your employer that you attended the learning they paid for.
