Richard Coelho

Senior Culture Advisor, Culture, Engagement and Recognition Division, Canada Border Services Agency

Richard is a dedicated public servant (15 years and counting!) working in the field of organizational change and transformation, specializing in creating healthy, adaptive workplace cultures. He has worked at the Canada Border Services Agency supporting their culture transformation efforts since 2019, and the Canada Revenue Agency prior to that. He has also worked in the fields of policy and project management.

Richard’s approach to managing change is co-creation at all levels. In order for an organization to sustainably shift, it needs to tend to the processes, behaviours and mindsets that influences how it does things.

He holds a bachelor’s degree of journalism from Carleton University (2012) and a master’s degree in human systems intervention from Concordia (2022).
