Director, Costing and CFO Attestation, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
Saravjit Dhami is the Director of Costing and CFO Attestation and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). She leads a team responsible for developing departmental cost estimating exercises and financial input for Memoranda to Cabinet, Budget and other external funding requests, and Treasury Board Submissions. In addition, her team coordinates the TB Submission process at IRCC and recommends CFO attestation for submissions.
Saravjit began her career in Internal Audit, before moving to the Finance function. Since then, she has also worked in Financial Management Advisory Services, as an Advisor to the Deputy Minister, and as a Strategic Advisor to the Chief Financial Officer. Throughout this related experience, she has remained interested in costing and Cabinet and TB submissions.
Saravjit graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Finance, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
