John Daley is the Director, Accounting Policy Research at Government Accounting Policy and Reporting of the Office of the Comptroller General within the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS). John has worked in central agencies for several years, providing support on the impact of new accounting standards and other various initiatives on the government’s financial statements.

Prior to central agencies, John held several different roles in departments and Crown corporations. He has a CPA designation, a CIA designation, an undergraduate degree in Finance and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Ontario).
