Erin Barkel is a Manager at the Costing Centre of Expertise (CCE) where she is responsible for policy, training and special projects in support of cost estimating across the Government of Canada. Prior to joining the CCE, Erin worked at the Parliamentary Budget Office and the Department of Finance where she produced and analyzed cost estimates for major defence acquisitions. A Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst, Erin serves on both the international and Canadian boards of the International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA) and is a frequent presenter at ICEAA conferences and workshops. Erin holds a BASC in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and an
MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
