Christine Gagnon has more than 27 years of management experience and more than 15 years as an analyst, trainer and synergist speaker. She is frequently invited in various universities to present workshops on synergology – including the Université de Montréal, École Polytechnique, UQAM, Concordia, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Laval and McGill University Health Centre – in different departments such as medicine, management science, health, human resources, cyber psycho-crime, executive MBA and many others. Christine has been involved for years in e-learning at Laval University in Quebec City and has been part of the Barreau du Québec’s continuing education program for more than 10 years. She is also president of Cabinet-Conseil Christine Gagnon Inc. (CCCG), a partner with the Quebec Institute of Synergology (IQS) with Philippe Turchet, a partner at Les Éditions Propulsion (Propulsion Editions), and also holds the position of administrator of the Quebec Association of Synergology (AQS). Christine is the co-author of the book To Catch A Lie, which focuses on identifying important tools on how to detect when someone is lying. She is also the author of the soon-to-be-released: The Mouth’s Unspoken Message.

Christine is frequently in demand with the media and has more than 15,000 hours of training, analysis and intervention to her credit. She has assisted a diverse range of companies, including the Barreau du Québec, the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority and the Correctional Service of Canada. Christine has been teaching synergology internationally in the field of security for years and for that reason, she is considered to be an expert in the analysis of human non-verbal communication, interrogation methods and in the linguistic markers’ analysis. Her reputation extends beyond borders as a resource in Canada, the U.S., Switzerland, France, Spain, England and Panama. She is accredited by California’s Institute of Analytic Interviewing.

She designed SCAN Cell Certification, an exclusive training and operation program with specially trained agents in threat detection. She also has a new team of profilers that offer a wide range of professional services, which include the overall evaluation and behavioral assessment and prediction, detection of nonverbal speech, situational analysis and analysis of organizational dynamics.
