• Speed mentoring  – an important opportunity to schedule a one-on-one, 15 minute coaching session with a CFO or CAE career mentor
• Exclusive executive sessions including Intrapreneurship and the Future Public Sector Leader Intrapreneurial Mindset, and a DM Panel on Executive Leadership, and more. (This session is available to all executives of the public service, CFOs, DCFOs, CAEs, and their entire executive teams)
• 2021 FORD graduation ceremony – Congratulations to the 2021 Financial Officer Recruitment and Development (FORD) graduates! Over the last 30 months, these finance professionals have gained valuable experience and insights in preparing them to become future finance leaders.
